The scaling rule is only applicable to AquaFutures funded accounts.
You cannot open more contracts than the allowed amount according to your balance.
The scaling plan helps to stay away from over-leveraging positions on your funded account. As AquaFutures, we encourage you to consistently grow your account to make consistent results.

Please note: the scaling plan applies to total contracts used between all open positions. This is not to be confused with contracts per individual position.
For example: a trader with a brand new $50,000 Beginner account opens a position with 7 micro contracts. They are eligible to open 10 micro contracts (or 1 mini contract) in total. This means the trader will be able to open 3 more micro contracts while the initial trade of 7 micro contracts is open.
The scaling plan will pertain to the account's balance at the EOD.
For example: a trader with a brand new $50,000 Beginner account records $1,250 in profits during their first trading day. The trader's account position sizes will not be scalable until their profits have been recorded at the time of daily market close (4:10pm EST). Upon the next market open, the scaling rule will be applicable to the account.
