The reward guarantee ensures that all properly submitted reward requests, which comply with trading and firm rules, will be processed and paid within 24 business hours. Reward requests are reviewed and processed during business hours (Monday-Friday between 8am-4pm Central). If we fail to meet this timeframe, an additional $500 will be added to the reward amount.
This guarantee applies exclusively to reward requests that adhere to all trading rules and firm policies, including but not limited to identity verification, location eligibility, age requirements, and any other criteria specified for our customers.
It is important to note that this guarantee excludes delays caused by factors beyond our operational control. Such factors may include, but are not limited to, third-party platform delays (e.g., extended processing times for identity verification or payment completion), insufficient or delayed communication from the customer, additional trade/strategy review, or any technical issues on external systems.
While we strive to ensure all rewards are completed within 24 hours under normal circumstances, unforeseen delays outside our control may affect the processing timeline.
Note on Instant Funded Accounts
For Instant Funded accounts, additional processing time may be required. Unlike evaluation accounts, which complete KYC prior to payout eligibility, Instant Funded accounts require KYC submission and review at the time of the first payout request. This step may extend the processing timeline, and any delays related to KYC submission, verification, or review are not covered by the 24-hour Reward Guarantee.
