When Does the 24-Hour Clock Start?
Our business hours occur on Monday-Friday at 8am-4pm Central daily.
The 24-hour review guarantee is based on these hours. This means the timer pauses when business hours are closed and resumes once they reopen.
However, our team does occasionally continue to conduct reviews over the weekend. If you reach your profit target close to market close on Friday, that does not mean you’ll always have to wait until the beginning of next week to receive your review. In many cases, weekend reviews are completed ahead of time, even though the guarantee only applies to business hours.
So while the 24 business hour guarantee ensures a maximum window, most accounts are reviewed much sooner, often within just a few hours.
Example:
- You reach your profit target at 2:00 PM CT on Monday
- Your account will be reviewed and you will receive a verdict by 2:00 PM CT on Thursday at the latest
Additional Details
This guarantee applies strictly to the account review stage and does not include the time required for KYC. Once an account is reviewed and passed, the KYC process begins separately.
Resets or failures will only apply to accounts that violated rules or failed to meet evaluation conditions, such as the consistency requirement.
While the 24 business hour window is our official guarantee, most accounts are reviewed much sooner. In nearly all cases, traders receive their verdict well before the maximum timeframe.
