At AquaFutures, we offer flexible account options with both one-time and subscription-based payments. It’s important to understand how payments, renewals, and cancellations work, especially if you're trading on a Beginner or Standard evaluation plan.
Payment Options
We currently accept:
Credit/Debit Card (auto-renewable)
Crypto (manual renewal)
All payments are processed securely via our checkout platform.
Subscription vs One-Time Payment
Beginner and Standard Plans:
These are subscription-based accounts. They renew every 30 days unless canceled.Instant Funded Plans:
These are one-time payments. No subscription is required.
Renewal Process (Beginner & Standard Plans)
Your Beginner or Standard evaluation account will renew every 30 days unless canceled. Here's what happens based on the state of your account at the time of renewal:
Passed to Funded:
Once your account is funded, your subscription ends. No activation fee. No renewal required.Still Active & In Profits:
Renewing lets you keep your profits and continue the evaluation.Still Active & In Drawdown:
Renewing gives you a fresh start, and your account resets to the original starting balance.Breached/Failed:
Renewing also gives you a fresh start with a reset account.
Automatic vs Manual Renewals
Credit/Debit Card Payments
These are set to auto-renew every 30 days. If you’d like to cancel your subscription, contact [email protected] at least 48 hours before your renewal date.Crypto Payments
These do not renew automatically.We’ll reach out near your renewal date (day 28–30) to confirm if you’d like to continue.
You can also reach out early at [email protected] with your account number to request a renewal.
Coupon Lock
If you purchased an account using a promo code (e.g., 50% off), your renewal will honor the same discount, even if the promo has since expired.
If you let your subscription lapse, you’ll lose this coupon lock. Any future purchases will follow current pricing and promos.
Important Notes
You can renew anytime, even before your 30-day period ends.
For example: if you breach your account 15 days in, just reach out to support or renew via the checkout dashboard to receive a new account.Failure to renew within 30 days of purchase may result in your account being breached, and you’ll lose all progress on your evaluation.
Refund Policy
Auto-Renew Charges
We cannot offer refunds for missed cancellations. It is the trader’s responsibility to cancel the subscription before it renews. Our finance team will notify you a few days (2-5 days) before a card-based renewal takes place.Crypto Payment Errors
If you send crypto via the wrong network, we will not receive the payment.Refunds may be possible but will incur fees (typically $20).
Always double-check the network and currency before sending a crypto payment.
