This guide explains how to access and use the DeepChart trading platform on both web and desktop versions.
Step 1: Purchase Your Account and Receive Credentials
After purchasing your account, you will receive a credentials email.
This email includes:
Your username
Your password
A platform login link (highlighted in the image)
Important notes:
If you do not receive the credentials email, contact the support team.
If your credentials say “Same as previous account” and you no longer have your old login details, contact the support team.
Step 2: Log In to the Platform
Click the platform link in the credentials email.
Use the username and password from the email to log in.
Step 3: Sign the dxFeed Agreement
If this is your first AquaFutures account using dxFeed, you must sign the dxFeed agreement.
The agreement prompt is located in the top-right area of the dashboard (highlighted in the image).
Step 4: Choose Your Subscriber Status
To complete the dxFeed agreement, you must select your subscriber status.
Use the Market Data Self-Certification link (highlighted in the image) to determine which option applies to you.
Important note:
If you select the wrong status or experience issues after submitting, contact the support team.
Step 5: Choose Your Trading Platform
After completing the subscription certification, you can choose your trading platform.
You will see two areas:
Left side options:
DeepChart Web
Download Platform (DeepChart Desktop or DeepDOM Desktop)
Right side:
Direct platform download link
Note:
DeepChart Web does not require a separate installation and is often easier for quick access.
Step 6a: Using DeepChart Web
Select DeepChart Web to open the browser-based platform.
When the platform opens:
Review and accept the user and platform agreements
Your charts will load automatically
At the top of the platform, confirm the data feed is set to Aqua Futures
A green dot confirms you are connected
You can now begin trading.
If the data feed does not connect, contact the support team.
Step 6b: Downloading the DeepChart Desktop App
Select DeepChart Desktop (shown in image above)
You will be taken to a page with:
A download link
A license key (highlighted in image below)
Download the platform and follow the installation instructions on your device
Step 7: Log In to the DeepChart Desktop App
When opening the desktop app, you will be asked to select a feed connection.
Choose:
Name: AquaFutures
Feed Source: dxFeed Prop
(Highlighted in the image)
After selecting the feed:
Enter the same username and password sent in your credentials email
These are the same credentials used for the dxFeed/Volumetrica dashboard
Step 8: Set Up Your Trading Workspace
After logging in:
Confirm the AquaFutures data feed is selected at the top
Once connected, use the “New” dropdown menu to open:
Charts
Order entry windows
Any other tools you need
You are now ready to trade.
