Beginner Account Overview
Whether you are just getting started or continuing your trading journey, AquaFutures Beginner Accounts can help you build skills and work toward consistent profitability. This guide covers the purchase process, rules, passing criteria, and withdrawals for Beginner evaluation and funded accounts.

1. Purchase & Billing
Purchase
Buy through our website checkout via the homepage or trader dashboard.
Pay with credit/debit card or cryptocurrency.
After purchase, you will receive an order confirmation and credentials email with your ProjectX platform link, username, and password.

Trader Dashboard: app.aquafutures.io (metrics and performance)
Checkout Dashboard: checkout.aquafutures.io (purchase, renew, cancel subscription)
Subscriptions
30-day subscription, same renewal price as initial purchase.
Subscriptions will re-bill automatically unless cancelled.
The option to renew manually is available via dashboard or renewal email.
Cancel anytime via Checkout Dashboard or contact [email protected].
Evaluation Renewal Outcomes
If previously breached: renewal will issue a new account at the starting balance.
If in drawdown: renewal will reset your balance and account metrics.
If in profit: renewal will keep your profits and extends your subscription.
Completing an early renewal will set your next renewal date 30 days ahead.
Other
No activation fees upon upgrading to funded stage.
Refunds are case-by-case, and account must be untraded to be considered.
Evaluation resets are allowed via renewal; funded accounts cannot be reset.
2. General Rules
Platform: ProjectX, link hosted in the credentials email.

Prohibited strategies include:
high-frequency scalping
fully automated bots
latency arbitrage
price feed manipulation
microscalping
and more
EAs allowed if monitored and not fully automated. See more here.
Copy trading is allowed only between funded accounts you own; never between funded and evaluation accounts or accounts belonging to other traders.
There is no limit on the amount of Beginner evaluation accounts you can own. There is a maximum of three active funded accounts across all types.
If a 4th evaluation account is passed, it will be placed "on hold" until one of your 3 funded accounts become inactive.
"On hold" accounts do not require a subscription to be upheld.

Loss Limits (hard breach)
Daily Loss: based on previous day’s closing balance.
Max Drawdown: trails lifetime highest end-of-day balance and locks at starting balance plus $100. (example: $25,100)
Passing Criteria
Meet 6% profit target and 40% consistency.
No minimum days required in the evaluation.
News trading is allowed but cannot be sole or majority source of profits.
News trading is strictly prohibited on Beginner Funded accounts. More information is detailed below in section 5.
Consistency
Your highest profitable day must not exceed 40% of total profits or the profit target will increase proportionately.
Suggested daily max profits to avoid evaluation profit target adjustments:
25K = $600
50K = $1,200
100K = $2,400
150K = $3,600
4. Passing Process
Ensure all trades are closed once the criteria is met to trigger the pass event.
Your account will be deactivated and trade review will be completed within 24 business hours during market open.
Approved accounts will require user to complete one-time KYC with valid government ID. KYC will be reviewed within 24 business hours of completion.
Failed KYC or fraudulent documents result in permanent termination.

News Trading on Beginner Funded Accounts
Trading during any scheduled red folder news event (as identified on ForexFactory.com) is strictly prohibited on Beginner Funded accounts. This includes opening, holding, or placing pending orders within two minutes before or after the event.
All trades must be closed 2 minutes before the news event and cannot open until 2 minutes after the news event.
These restrictions apply to all red folder news events (as identified on ForexFactory.com), which can include: FOMC Meetings, Employment Reports, CPI, EIA reports, and agricultural reports.
Violations will result in further review and profit deduction upon first instance. Anything beyond first violation is subject to account termination.
Scaling Plan
The 25K Beginner Funded account has no scaling plan.

100K Beginner Funded account:

$2,000 - $3,999 = 4 Minis / 40 Micros
$4,000 - $6,000 = 6 Minis / 60 Micros
150K Beginner Funded account:
$0 - $1,000 = 2 Mini / 20 Micros
$1,000 - $1,999 = 3 Minis / 30 Micros
$2,000 - $3,999 = 4 Minis / 40 Micros
$4,000 - $6,000 = 6 Minis / 60 Micros
$6,000+ = 9 Minis / 90 Micros
Withdrawal Criteria
Must have at least 6% profits in balance.
The profit requirement does not reset after each successful withdrawal.
As long as you have 6% profits total in your balance at the time of submitting your request, you will have met this criteria.
Profits recorded in previous cycles are counted for this criteria.
40% or lower consistency (per cycle)
Consistency % resets after each successful withdrawal.
This reset includes your highest profitable day, and also your total profits, which are used for the consistency calculation for future withdrawals.
Five minimum profitable days (per cycle)
25K = $75
50K = $100
100K = $200
150K = $300
Minimum profitable days reset after each successful withdrawal. You need to record at least 5 minimum profitable days per withdrawal cycle.
Profit Split Tiers
Your consistency during each withdrawal cycle will determine your profit split, rewarding traders for good risk management and consistent performance.
30.01–40% consistency = 70% profit split
20.01–30% consistency = 90% profit split
0–20% consistency = 100% profit split

Withdrawal Schedule & Guarantee
Request once every 7 days on or after your eligibility date.
Withdrawal Guarantee: Payments are processed within 48 business hours (market open hours), or we'll add $100 to your payment.
Delays outside of our control do not apply to the Withdrawal Guarantee
Method & Fees
Payments are issued Rise.
$35 processing fee is applied once per calendar month, covers multiple withdrawals.
Example: Trader requested 2 withdrawals during the month of August 2025. First withdrawal will be deducted a $35 processing fee, the second withdrawal will not be deducted any processing fee.
6. Additional Questions
Can I use someone else’s card?
No, you must purchase with your own payment method. If you'd like to gift an account, you can gift by sending funds to the recipient for them to purchase with their own payment method. The recipient must be the sole owner and operator of their account.
Can I use VPS/VPN?
Yes, but to avoid any delays or issues with account review, please notify support team before using. Avoid sharing IPs with others to prevent any further delays.
Can I share a device with another trader?
This is discouraged, but is allowed. Notify support if this is necessary to avoid any delays or issues with account review.
Can 2 traders in the same household trade with AquaFutures?
Yes, but you should disclose this to support to avoid any delays or issues with account ownership. You are prohibited from copying, reversing, or sharing trades with any other traders.
Can I trade while traveling?
Yes, even to restricted territories. Kindly notify support before traveling to avoid any delays or issues with account review.
Can I trade with multiple devices?
Yes, you can trade with as many devices as you'd like. If you intend to share a device with someone (not recommended), kindly notify support to avoid any delays or issues with account review.
Can I own multiple accounts of different types and sizes?
Yes, you can own as many accounts as you'd like, of any type or size. The only limitation is you can only have 3 active funded accounts at any given time.
